Shipping costs for accessories and replacement tools will vary depending on size and country. We strive to reduce shipping cost for our customers.
When will I get my tracking number?
Your tracking number will be sent through our emailing system once the item has been dispatched. The email will contain your tracking number and tracking method applicable to your specific number. Please read the email carefully for instructions. Incase you did not receive an email, reach out to our team ASAP.
What delivery options are available & how fast is delivery?
Our general shipping option is 4-5 business days to anywhere worldwide once it has left the respective fulfillment hub. Due to the nature of logistics, certain delays may be expected and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. Please rest assured we will do everything within our powers to speed up the shipping process. For special circumstances such as pre-ordering and urgent orders, contact us at info@pro-stringer.com. We will do our best to accommodate you in any way we can.
Can orders be shipped to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. Please ensure you provide us the address your card is registered to for the Billing step upon checkout for security checks. For the Shipping step upon checkout, you are welcome to have an order shipped to a work or other address.
I am traveling, and want to receive the machine while on tour, can you help?
For sure! We are very familiar with our customer base and have assisted hundreds of players in shipping their machines on tour. We can arrange for shipping to your club, academy, or a friend’s house just in time for your travel schedule.
What value do you state for customs purposes?

For orders shipped we must specify a total valuation for the order as taxes may be levied in your own country. The package will be declared at 50% of the order value, excluding shipping and marked as a purchase. Lower values are able to be declared by prior arrangement where legally possible.
Any local tax and/or duty payable is the customer’s responsibility. Pro Stringer cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of local taxes and/or duty and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping and duties charges.
What happens if I am not in when delivery is attempted?
If nobody signs for the package and if a signature is required, you will be left a calling card and the goods will be returned to your local delivery depot. You may contact the courier to arrange a suitable re-delivery date or alternatively, it may be possible to collect the order from your local depot. Please note a note may be left with a signature at the delivery address with alternative instructions for delivery. Occasionally, the courier may deliver to a neighbor or leave the parcel in a safe location at your property. It is your responsibility to track and reception the package. Pro Stringer will not be responsible for lost packages marked as successfully delivered by courier. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred from a returned package.
What happens if I am unable to check the contents of the order upon delivery?
If you are unable to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery, please sign for the order as ‘UNCHECKED’. Failure to do so may affect any condition or warranty claims that you make after delivery.
Customs Delays and Additional Documentation
In the unlikely event that the package is held by customs or any other relevant authority, it is the Customer’s responsibility to communicate directly with the respective authority. Should any specific documentation be required, the Customer may request support from Pro Stringer. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist with customs clearance, Pro Stringer does not guarantee clearance success or timing.
Please note that Pro Stringer is not liable for any delays, penalties, or additional costs incurred as a result of the Customer’s inaction or failure to comply with local import regulations.
